can anyone tell me what the pins are in the two wiring plugs to the fuel pump, and should I have power to anyone of these pins with the key on???

probably these are the wires that operates the fuel pump...

It will be more accurate to say that these are the wires that operate the solenoid that enables the gas movement in the pump.
